Glad to have this power bank on hand

This is a well-made yet, lightweight power bank. It can easily fit into your purse or pocket. You can pretty much charge any device that is USB chargeable. There are two ports for charging, so you won't have to decide which device needs charging more. If you are like me, you have several devices around you at all times. I like the convenience of not having to look for an outlet or computer to charge my phone or tablet. This is a great addition to my collection of technology.

This is a MUST have for any cell phone. If you need to use your phone in an emergency situation you want to know you will have enough power to last until you don't need it. It's a good extra security to have. Works great if you're studying and listening to music and will be going somewhere after and won't be able to charge your phone. You can use this to run your phone for music and other things and then you will have a good amount of phone battery left later. It's great for pokemon players. The last thing anyone wants is to see low battery and then see everyone running after a rare pokemon that's spawned nearby. We have had some great family outings looking for pokemon and it's always a shame to cut those short because we're out of phone battery power.

My phone's battery is fairly new, it's 1900mAh which is ~2000mAh. 10,000mAh/2000mAh=5 charges. So in theory I should be able to get a little over five charges. However, given my phone is still on while charging most of the time, and that draws power that isn't going to charging the battery, that number will likely be below five charges. I seem to be able to get around three to four charges out of it, which given how much power my phone sometimes draws just running, seems about right.

Overall, this seems to be a pretty nice power bank, and I'm definitely getting good use out of it!

Tips for choosing the right power bank

Firstly we need to know what is power bank?

Power bank is a gadget usually in small size and shape, acts as a substitute battery charger and power adapter. Implemented by a capacitor-like concept, a power bank works when there are charges stored within. Portable power banks can be a great option for a quick and convenient way to keep electronic devices charged when it’s needed.

Shape and size

A bear-shaped power bank There are various shapes and sizes available. For a satisfaction, one should be really careful and can be really picky in choosing those. There are even power banks that come out with mp3-like shape, an external hard drive shape, a cat-like an even a mango shape. Choose what favors you the most. Let's move on to their sizes. It is just like when you are choosing a t-shirt, shirt or even a blouse. There are small-size power bank, a large one and even a largy-small (medium size). Once again, it's yours to choose. The size and shape does not really affect your gadgets' charging rate really. It is totally a different thing that need to be taken care of.

Capacity

"the bigger the better" As the saying goes, the bigger the capacity of a power bank, the better it will be, given the fact on how it will affect the entire charging process. Most of power banks are available in capacity of 2800 mAh, 4000 mAh, 5600 mAh, 6000 mAh and even 1200 mAh. There are also power banks that come along with 20 000 mAh which is totally big.

It's better for you to choose a slightly heavy one instead of a very light one. Don't let portable and light power bank be an excuse in choosing a power bank that only will lead you to pick a wrong choice.

Stylish Pink Leather Case for iPad Pro 9.7

The Selectec protective case for tablet PC is well designed, comes in a variety of colors and is relatively inexpensive.

My pro 9.7 clipped in tightly and felt well protected by the micro fiber lining, plastic rear tray and PU leather cover on the outside. Plus, there's a wide elastic strap to keep the cover closed.

The back panel has generous cut-outs for all ports, buttons and the rear camera. If anything, they're a tad too generous: the top and bottom edges, plus the entire speaker are unprotected. Its light in weight and anti slippery so it gives my tablet and extra protection.

Inside the front cover are three deep grooves to give you various viewing angles.

Of course, the highlight is the rotating mechanism which means you can turn your iPad to portrait mode and use the same grooves to for different angles. However, only the front two grooves are usable in portrait mode, as the iPad proved too heavy for the rear-most slot, and toppled over.

The added bonus is that the package also came with protective screen for my iPad and also a stylus to protect my screen from oily or dirty fingers. The fact that you can see the Apple logo through the mechanism is a bonus.

Selectec iPhone 6 case: A very high quality product made of genuine leather

As my wife has a new iPhone 6, and often forgets her phone, but remembers her purse, I decided to look for a phone case that could hold a few cards for her to use it as her main purse, and therefore always remember her phone as well. Having already had a good experience with other Selectec products, I decided to give this Selectec iPhone 6 Genuine Leather Wallet Case a go, as it looks perfect for the job.

What's Included:
* Selectec iPhone 6 Genuine Leather Wallet Case
* 2 x iPhone 6 screen protectors
* Touchscreen stylus

The Details:
The Selectec iPhone 6 Genuine Leather Wallet case is well packaged, with a piece of foam in the phone holder section to keep the shape in transit, as well as some tissue between the magnetic tab and the case to prevent it marking the leather during shipping.

Related post you can click here.
The case is a very attractive tanned leather, and even includes a small leather hide shaped tag in the case as a reminder that it is genuine leather, although this is quite obvious from the look and feel . The case has 2 main parts; the back face with the phone holder and cut outs for the camera and LED) and the front face with 3 card slots.

The case is held shut with a reasonably strong magnetic strap which wraps around the front and holds it shut. When 3 cards are added the case will hold shut on the magnet, and there is enough space in the spine of the case for it to shut flat with the cards, which is a very good thing.

The case has capacity for 3 credit/debit/store or similar style and sized cards. Although the cards are a snug fit, this is better than them being loose and falling out.

The phone fits well in the holder, and all buttons, ports and camera parts are still fully functional and accessible when in the case. The phone is not going to fall out of the case easily, and needs easing out properly from a corner to remove it.

There is an additional slot behind the inside exposed car slots, which is big enough to fit bank notes and tickets into, should you want to keep some cash on you, or need to carry tickets with you.

The included screen protectors (I think there should only have been 1) and the touchscreen stylus are great bonus items, and I shall keep hold of the screen protectors in the hope that my next phone will be an iPhone 6, as my wife's phone already has a screen protector fitted.

Summary:
Overall, the Selectec iPhone 6 Genuine Leather Wallet Case is a great case for carrying your iPhone plus your essential credit, debit and store cards. The phone fits perfectly, and the case itself looks very posh and well made. A bargain at just under £10 for genuine leather.

Selectec mini speaker, loud and clear

This is one great looking speaker that would look good in an office. Its body is made of metal instead of plastic like a lot of these Bluetooth speakers.
The volume is about average for a speaker of this size but the sound clarity is fantastic.

Buy here!
At the highest volume there is no distortion and the bass is plenty without compromising the highs and mid. You can always connect to it by Bluetooth but it also has a standard aux jack so you can use a cord if you want to extend the battery life a little bit. It has a phone button so you can answer phone calls. If you want something a little fancier than round plastic that also has a great sound you won't be disappointed with this very stylish speaker.

This speaker has four-button design allows you to operate more easily, the Hi-fi audio allows you to enjoy the company of your family and the fun of parties. This Selectec speaker allows you to answer the phone which makes your hands free to do other things. Overall, this Bluetooth speaker looks elegant and good quality. You should definitely get one! Fantastic power bank from Selectec

My phone has a tiny 1900mAh battery for which it uses to power its power-hungry Kit-Kat ROM. Needless to say, the battery life is awful. Although I can swap the battery, something I do quite frequently as I have an extra, having something beefier is always nice.

This battery pack is beefier... much beefier! I generally keep it in my backpack and when my phone is low on battery I'll plug it in during a lecture when I'm not using my phone anyway. (No one would EVER use their phone in class... right?) When I'm on the go, this pack fits in my cargo shorts pockets along with my phone. Although my phone is pretty small (4.3" display) this battery pack is about the size of a more normal sized smart phone, but not really bigger. So that's nice! The faux stitching around the edge give this power bank a quarky character that I like. The battery life seems consistent with 10,000mAh based on the amount of charges I can get from it, although I cannot be totally sure as I don't have the proper equipment or time to accurately check it, but here's how I figure:
